Control Panel Telemetry
A range of panels developed in our own workshop which have been designed, programmed and built by us to provide remote monitoring by us or the purchaser in remote areas. These panels have been used by us for the last 3 years to manage pumping stations and sewage treatment plants on behalf of local authorities, housing associations, PLC’s, government bodies and private individuals. The system can be programmed to notify at any type of failure and also notify of its connection (i.e. mains failure, mains back online, Biodisc belt failure, pump failure, high level alarm compressor failure and also when it restarts, preventing any unnecessary trips to check what has happened.All panels come with each individual component protected by an overload relay and a RCD or RCBO. This is the only panel we know of that has this feature and means that if in the case of a mechanical failure (i.e. a problem with water, only one component will shut down and not the complete site). The panels are constructed with no moving parts and controlled by solid state relays.
It is the cheapest, most cost effective and environmentally friendly way of managing waste water. Preventing illegal discharges from sewage treatment plants and expensive clean ups from pumping stations. Each one is individually built and programmed. A full fitting service is available...
