If for any reason the unit was to become blocked or urgent repairs to the unit were required, then all the internal components can be removed and serviced above ground level.   The KSB Ama-Porter 601 SE is a vertical single casing, fully floodable submersible motor pump with built in thermal overload protection, IP 68 and comes in a variety of sizes.
