Even if you are under contract to another company and have received a quotation for additional work that you are unhappy with, you are not obliged to accept that quotation. Allow us an opportunity to give you a like for like quotation. You can always say no. From past experience some companies assume that because you are under contract to them they can charge what they like for extra work. A price check sometimes doesn't do any harm.
We can fix almost anything from a collapsed tank to a failed compressor from a broken Biodisc belt to a major refurbishment of a pumping station. We have fully equipped workshops welding (both plastic and metal), machining and fabricating facilities. There is very little we have not seen before. Given enough information and your postcode, most items can be repaired anywhere in England or Wales, on a fixed price quote. You will then be given three priced options.
Option 1 - A same day/next day callout. The most expensive option but will put an engineer on site
straightaway.
Option 2 - A scheduled repair, usually 3 working days, where your repair is placed with others to
share travelling costs.
Option 3 - A passing visit (a fixed price visit) arranged by us to coincide with other visits in the
area, a good method of checking a plant after repair, taking a sample or seeking some
advice.
If it is a failed pump or motor, we can recommend replacement, rewind or refurbishment in our own workshop, full collection and delivery and/or installation service available. All makes and models.
