CCTV Drain Surveys

Why?

A drain survey alerts you to potential problems, such as root ingress, blockages and collapsed or broken drains. It can determine the condition of your drains/pipes allowing for quick and efficient reporting of issues, thus saving you time, money and disruption.

We can undertake surveys on domestic properties and commercial / industrial properties and have a selection of different reports to suit budget and reporting requirements.

MPC can compile a basic /comprehensive report with / without CAD drawings and provide recommendations for recommended repairs.

Our CCTV systems work in pipe diameters from 90mm - 200mm. With on-site software our surveyors can view the camera images in real-time and provide digital imagery via a USB.

CCTV Drain Surveys for Home Buyers

Purchasing a new property is one of the biggest investments you can make and if you are buying a home some mortgage lenders insist on a comprehensive drainage survey being carried out.

MPC Services can provide a detailed report helping you to avoid costly repairs at a later date.

Whether you are purchasing a new or old home, a CCTV survey can help report problems before they become costly issues. Unfortunately, it is not unusual for new homes to experience issues with poorly laid out pipe networks with older properties also tending to experience problems with roots and/or broken pipe networks.

All properties, regardless of age, can also experience blockages and backed up sewage. Our CCTV surveys can detect any of the aforementioned issues enabling us to provide a no-obligation quotation for repairs. Drainage problems can cause ongoing problems such as bad smells and blockages (requiring clearing by means of a high-pressure jetter) or even subsidence.
