Service Contracts
To help avoid expensive breakdowns we have created two tailor-made Service & Maintenance Contracts - Standard and Gold Star, giving different standards of cover.
Both contracts give you the reassurance of our
365 day priority customer helpline for when you need assistance. When required, we will send a fully qualified and experienced engineer to carry out any repairs quickly & efficiently.
We cover all types of wastewater treatment systems including sewage treatment plants and pumping stations from major brands including Marsh, FujiClean, Premier Tech, EWwS, Klargester, Tricel, WPL, Matrix and Kee Services.

* Servicing intervals are determined by a variety of factors including unit size and condition.
** We can also offer to arrange for your septic tank or pumping station to be tankered and jetted, usually between 1-4 times per year; the frequency of which will be determined by the volume of fats & greases deposited down the drains. Regular de-sludging helps to maintain the efficiency of the unit; in pumping stations it prevents the floats from becoming obstructed.
*** If on an annual service, or a breakdown call out under a Gold Star Service Contract units are assessed as being faulty due to ground/flood water ingress, blocked drains or power failures/surges caused by external 3rd parties then MPC Services reserve the right to pass on any subsequent costs for the repair of the units and any tankering charges for the removal of accumulated waste water to the customer.
Excluded; Structural parts & defects (shafts, control panels, electrical components, pipework and associated labour costs and parts), including consequential damage caused.
